Basement Reno
Full Basement Renovation. Breaking concrete, new plumbing and a backwater valve. Led pot lights and a wifi switch. Start to finish this project turned out excellent.
Kitchenette
This customer wanted a small kitchenette in their basement. New plumbing and Electrical was fished in with minimal patching needed. It was completed in two days.
Custom Bookshelf
Built in custom Bookshelf with glass doors.

The previous contractor stopped showing up so they called me and I got the job done over the weekend.
Hooters Exterior Renovation
My architect asked me if I had some time to do this exterior Renovation, of course I said yes. It didn't come without its challenges. The winter storms blew in and kept covering everything but after some perseverance this exterior renovation turned out great.
Basement Renovation
This Customer wanted a lounge basement. Somewhere they could entertain their guests and feel like they weren't really at home. With a cove ceiling, led strip lights and a section of open joists. This turned into a beautiful space.
Bathroom Renovation
When you get water damage you are always worried what can be behind the tiles. In this case it wasn't too bad. I put concrete board behind the new tiles with a complete waterproof membrane. A cast iron tub and sharp finishes made this bathroom renovation shine.
East City Physiotherapy
This project was completed within the customers budget and under a tight deadline. Planning, organization and qualified trades is what made this renovation go smoothly. The customers were more than pleased to be able to treat their patients in such a nice space. I stand by my work and customer satisfaction is my main goal.
Spoon Me Frozen Yogurt
When their contractor walked out on this project they called me for help. Under an extremely tight budget I was able to give them exactly what they wanted. I delivered on time and with amazing results. The customer and the franchise were extremely pleased with how the space turned out.
Small Bathroom
This customer had 3 teenagers, 2 adults and a small child, with only one bathroom. This small renovation took less than 2 weeks and gave the household a much needed second bathroom. Everyone was happy when I left. No more lineups in the morning. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.
